Port Marlborough engaged us to help develop their brand, by first consulting on how to transform their business to be sustainably focused. This required huge change within the business and how they did everything to move towards being the first green port in New Zealand. The task was to start from scratch, repositioning and refocusing the entire business to take the Board, 60+ staff customers and wider stakeholders on this exciting journey.
